During your detox cleansing, take note of the following:

- Eliminate saturated and hydrogenated fats, refined flour and other products, sugar, food preserves, nicotine, alcohol and recreational drugs from your diet.
- Reduce stress, keep your workload light during this time, you’ll be thankful you did during this time.
- Stop late night eating and get plenty of rest so your body can recharge for the next day. You should also start exercising – yoga, meditation and other relaxation techniques will help you get proper sleep at night.
It is also important that you participate in support groups to help you finish your detox program. Aside from these, make sure you are psychologically ready for this “challenge”.
